Предельное значение скорости, с которой разрешается передача трафика CBR, VBR или ABR в сети ATM (см. табл. А-1). Если при согласовании параметров канала связи максимальная скорость не задана, то по умолчанию она принимается равной скорости в радиоканале. См. MCR, SCR.
